“The house was very nice inside. The neighboring houses are condemned. Getting a trailer in and out of the drive was a challenge as the drive is narrow and the train bridge obstructs view of the road. The property is located next to train tracks and trains entering the tunnel sound the horn at all hours. The trains are loud coal trains that run frequently. “Unfortunately, our room had significant issues. From the moment we entered, there was a strong mildew/musty odor. We reported it, but the hotel was sold out and couldn’t move us. As we settled in, we discovered the carpet was damp underfoot, the comforters felt damp, and the air was extremely moist. The window was painted/sealed shut and couldn’t be opened. This was especially concerning because my daughter has asthma. The bathroom also had deteriorated caulking, dark spotting/discoloration on……
