“This was a great setup for a single or double occupant. I was by myself doing a scouting trip for an upcoming bass tournament. I've never stayed on this side of Lake Fork. However, everything I needed was right there. The launch ramp was about 100 yards away. I grilled my dinner for both nights on the grill. Was warm even though it was freezing outside. Everything was great. Thanks.”

“Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. I did and they will send you detailed instructions on where to drive and also drop you an apply or Google maps pin that will take you exactly to the cottage.
