"fun little place for sure would stay there again"

"We stayed here over the weekend to celebrate my birthday and this property did not disappoint! The spinal stairs was very unique and the upstairs “playroom” was a great hangout spot for movies or games. The fire pit had plenty of seating and the dock had ample room for everyone to spread out and relax! A few cobb webs around the furniture outside but nothing a broom can’t handle! Thank you for having us!"

"I chose this property because of the great reviews. The amenities offered for my children and grandchildren were also important in my decision. Upon rental and before we arrived prompt communication with the owner was very much appreciated. Instructions for home entry, parking, etc were very clear. "Great place with a great location for fishing on Lake Fork. Private dock and boat ramp is a major bonus. Huge house very well maintained, clean, and everything you need."

"Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside."

"It was a quick getaway for me and my daughter. We had a fishing tournament. The host were great on helping me get inside with the door code. I was having slight problem. It was at 10:00. Appreciate them answering at that time. Place was clean and beds were soft. Bathrooms were modern and clean. It is close to Lake Fork, but on a smaller lake. This is nice as well. Will come back."
