They did check us in and out in person and stopped by during the day to help set up the sauna and hot tub so if you prefer a hands-on host this is a great place for you. Such a beautiful and historic home and the nicest hosts. "

"The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either. The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced. The noise insulation between rooms is non-existent. We could hear music being played next door and even the conversation of the other guests. I would not stay here again"
