The ground floor welcomes you into a spacious living and dining room furnished in a comfortable and modern style, with direct access to a large terrace. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is accompanied by a shower room with WC. On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation continues with 3 additional bedrooms. The first features 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with access to a balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and one of these rooms also benefits from balcony access. A second shower room with WC serves the upper floor. The property further benefits from a balcony and a large terrace furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, all enjoying a very beautiful view of the lake.
