"Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. You pay to stay, but you are forced to freeze. Unbelievable!"

"Guten Abend Herr Prediger zunächst einmal möchten wir uns herzlich für den angenehmen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Ferienunterkunft bedanken. Wir haben die Zeit wirklich genossen, vor allem die Sauna und den Whirlpool.Allerdings möchten wir auch darauf hinweisen, dass die Heizung während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht funktionierte. "Friendly welcome and he showed me around and answered all our questions. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and it had a nice big shower with warm water. The continental breakfast was awesome. Fresh made breads and meats and a hard boiled egg, yogurt, juice and coffee. Everything was delivered to our table with great service and a friendly staff. It was close to a few restaurants and as the name suggests, right next door to the Castle Wiltz. We enjoyed the whole experience."
