The room was large, but the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was leaking and had towels on the floor. When we mentioned that there was towels on the floor, they said yes because the toilet is leaking and we have no other rooms. So he changed the towels on the floor for us. Overall, it was dirty and rundown. The front doors were grimy, and I was scared to touch them. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was quiet other than people right outside my door with children

The carpet wasn't vacuumed, bathroom floor & bathtub wasn't clean, a man's sock was on the floor. The microwave and refrigerator wasn't clean and there was paper garbage left on the floor of the closet. They advertised continental breakfast but when we checked in we were told no continental breakfast. Shame on Expedia for doing business with this business. We didn't stay and we won't be back. I also won't use Expedia again either.

If you're looking for a clean place to stay for an evening or two, this is a good option. The staff was friendly. Check in and check out were easy. The rooms were clean, if not a bit outdated. the bed was very comfortable.

Was on 2nd floor and could hear the people upstairs walking around so I’m guessing people below me the same. Whole hotel had strange smell. Old coffee pod left in coffee maker. Floor was dirty. Bathroom had no vent and stained drop ceiling.

First -Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. That is saying a lot due to several deployments in military to foreign areas. Name not even same when I booked (Helena Airport), instead got Helen Inn. Breakfast was included, no breakfast was available or even discount at a nearby restaurant. I was in a small group of Bike and parked under awnings, out of way of traffic checking was told to move. Next morning a large picked parked where had parked. Room was outdated and bathroom NOT cleaned. Crack in tub, toilet seat tabs that hold seat on were not clean grime (nasty). Dirt on heating vents, tissue cover was rusty, mold on tile around toilet area. I did have a clean towel and no washcloths at all. Refrigerator was broken inside, very outdated. Room security is NONE, the security latch was broken. Bed linen was clean; the bed was okay. At 300 am someone was running saw and hammer upstairs. Personal brought linen and tools around using a target shopping cart. Outside light turns off at 530, still dark outside. No staff were present in the morning in front desk area from 500 615 when I left hotel. Absolutely one of the worst stays Picture from website does not match what was advertised. Reviews of hotels when booked hotel were good reviews and not good no-good reviews. I told several photos of the room areas – I could not believe it. If you would like too see photo contact me

While the room was clean, it looked like it was in the middle of repairs. Several holes in the walls from removed fixtures. The desk chair was extremely worn, as were the curtains. Also a hot breakfast was advertised with my booking as well as on the sign outside but we were told it would not be offered. Incredibly disappointed with my stay.

Honestly just not worth the money. It was gross and the bathroom looked like someone died in it, as there was blood on the shower curtain and a hole that looked like someone’s head was banged into the wall. There were holes all over the place that weren’t even patched, boogers or stuff on the walls. The people who work and I assumed owned it weren’t very nice and I couldn’t really understand them sadly. I tried to make small talk and be friendly but he clearly was annoyed by use even being there. Rather be on his phone watching whatever videos then helping us. They advertise breakfast but don’t have any at all.
