“The location of the house is luxurious. The house itself has not got any luxury, but the kitchen and the bathroom are excellent.”

“Newhaven is a spacious house with a lovely garden in a brilliant location in Porthleven. There is lots of room downstairs with a kitchen, separate dining room and living room. Upstairs two good sized bedrooms, plus a bunk room which is suitable for young children. The house could do with a bit of TLC but that is reflected in the price. We had a few concerns at first but the landlady responded immediately to everything. With two toddlers and two dogs in our party we found the location only two……

If you're looking for an inviting base of operations for your time in west Cornwall, you'll be hard-pressed to find better. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly, and some of our best evenings were spent just enjoying the silence after a long day of adventures.”

“Great holiday, bungalow had everything we needed (even pasta bowls which you seem to rarely get for some reason!) and even a pint of milk in the fridge which was a huge plus after driving down from Manchester! Plus marks for the comfy sofa and Netflix and HUGE brownie points from my son for the WiFi. The weather didn't entirely behave but we managed to explore the area and as parking is right outside allocated for each bungalow there was none of the stress you get when staying on some caravan……

“Comfortable, clean, fully equip apartment with fabulous views over the beach below and panoramic sea views. Whilst the 2nd floor location is hard on the knees after a day walking, the fact you don't need to close any blinds mean you get the stars and the sun rise whilst lying in bed! Coverack Paris Hotel/pub is just 10 mins away, uphill on the way back to burn off dinner or a couple of beers. Beware the f&c shop is not reliable which in turn puts pressure on the Pub for evening dinner so you……

“We enjoyed staying at Primrose - very clean and plenty of space for us. The wood burner is fab - makes the place very cosy and also were pleased to be able to store bikes in the shed which was lockable. Definitely looking to return in the summer if available !”

“The caravan was brilliant. Very well equipped and spacious for my family of 5 including 3 teenagers. Sarah and Neil were perfect hosts. Communication was excellent and they made sure that the caravan had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The caravan is situated on a busy park which had plenty of everything going on but was lovely and quiet when it came to bedtime. Cornwall is amazing and the caravan was the perfect base to explore the surrounding area. We visited the seal……

“Jimmers is a well used accomodation, has everything you need and situated in an amazing location, with the basement/garage games or store room this made the property an absolute gem. It is tired in places but the location outweighed any issues and it served us perfectly. The host assisted us very quickly and we had no issues.”

“Fabtastic location for coastal path walks. 20 minute walk into the village- The Galleon fish and chips are brilliant and we had a lovely dinner at The Old Inn. Also, you can go over the driveway to Polurrian Hotel for drink and use the spa. We found some aspects of the property a bit tired but every thing you beed for your stay. Could do with more hanging space for clothes is staying longer than a few days. The access to the secure garden was tiresom with our puppy - the patio door in the back……
