Welcome to your peaceful mountain retreat—just a 1/2 mile walk or bike ride to downtown Hendersonville and steps from the scenic Ecusta Trail! This beautifully designed, fully equipped 500 sq ft studio apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and character. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, working remotely, or exploring Western North Carolina, this space has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Inside, you'll find a bright and inviting open-concept layout with a plush king-sized Sealy pillow-top mattress, a queen sleeper sofa, and a cozy living area with a 55” smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The dining area is full of natural light and makes a lovely space for meals or catching up on a good book. A separate kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. High-speed internet and a calm atmosphere make it easy to relax or get a little work done during your stay.

Step outside through the French doors to your private deck, shaded by towering red oaks and facing a quiet side lane. It’s a wonderful spot for morning coffee or evening wine. Perfect for two!

Great place for 2 adults. My only suggestion would be a quilt as opposed to a heavy comforter in the summer. Great location in Hendersonville. Would highly recommend a stay there.

Great location, easy to access and great amenities in and outside the house. Perfect little studio for my daughter and I while we spent the week riding Kanuga. Had all the little extras we forgot, good AC, awesome huge bed, laundry and nice little kitchen. Was the perfect place for us, thank you!

This is a nice little property and was a great value for our weekend in Hendersonville. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were comfortable for lounging. And the apartment felt quite private even though it was attached to an occupied house. Thank you for a great stay!

A great stay for my wife and I. Being so close to everything is super nice! I appreciated the attention to detail in the space and the binder of info provided for local restaurants and places to visit. Only wish the TV was bigger to watch movies at night. Great place overall!

Wonderful 1st visit to Hendersonville!

We were so happy with our first visit to Hendersonville! The place was perfect- so clean and cute! Very comfortable bed with lots of pillows. We loved relaxing on the porch and being able to take a short walk to some great places to eat. We will definitely be back!!!!

Great cottage right in the heart of downtown

I stayed with Anna for 4 days while on a work trip and I was so pleased! The cottage was exactly as described and the cute finishing touches on everything made the place even more special. Whenever I had a question she was very quick to respond. The cottage was walking distance to great breweries and restaurants. I will definitely be back since her cottage is only 5 miles from the property that I was visiting for work!

Quick fall weekend getaway

This property was lovely! Anna messaged both before and during the stay to make sure I had everything I needed. The place was spotless and very charming! I walked to downtown Hendersonville one night, and it took about 10-15 minutes which was nice.
