“I enjoyed myself stay”

“The host was very responsive to my inquires, which I greatly appreciate. They provided check-in details in advance and offered an early check-in. The home accommodated my family and me, and the host approved inviting other family and friends over. We did have the neighbor come out to the deck to ask us to lower the volume, explaining that the walls were quite thin. Overall, we had a great stay, and the location felt safe. If I could share any tips, it would be to supply the kitchen with……

“Good day! I want to first start off by saying thank you for allowing us to stay in your place. However, I do have so things I want to bring to you attention before I leave a review. 1) There is only one Tv in thee entire place when there are two rooms. 2) The Tv that is there doesn’t even work. 3) The sink doesn’t drain and had old water sitting in it. So, we had to brush our teeth in the shower. 4) Very noisy area. Cars come by all day and night. The neighbors above are very loud not to mention……

“Myself and a few friends were down for a conference, The location was perfect especially for a group of guys. Easy to walk to the convention center or to Camden yards or m&t bank. Plenty of local restaurants and bars. Great communication by the host.”

“Overall we had a lovely stay at this house. It was clean and quiet - perfect for our small group of friends. No major issues. Everything was in good repair except one leaky air mattress. However - each room only has one bed. The basement room had a couch that converted to a bed. The three bedroom upstairs have one queen bed each. There is a collection of inflatable mattresses to augment these 3 beds plus one sofa bed. I was supposed to get the door code 2 hours before check in, but it did not……

“We visited this property to attend a funeral. Juan was great with communication and worked with us on a late checkout to accommodate our funeral plans. We especially loved the rooftop deck.”

“Exceptional stay hilite by some of the best staff we have found in a hotel! Our room was large and well appointed with large smart TV and very good WiFi. Included in our room rate was breakfast in the Bistro 300 where we could order from a full and varied menu; the food was wonderful. The location was ideal to explore Baltimore and we found some nice bars and eateries close by. A 100% definite to stay again! ”
