“What a lovely cottage right on the river! The cottage was immaculately clean and decorated tastefully. We had a good experience communicating with David. We really enjoyed sitting in the chairs right by the river as well as the table top fire on the deck. The weather was glorious and we were able to check out one of the local trails. We even saw a bald eagle right on the property. The only negative, which can't be helped, is the sound of the busy road on the New York side of the river. We were……

“Had a great short stay here. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed and the host was quick to respond to questions.”

I definitely recommend staying here with one small caveat: the property is on a small lot without much tree cover, so it felt less private when neighbors were out and about. “My husband and I stayed here in May of 2024 for a long weekend. Our prior Poconos cabin getaway was a bit of a disappointment - aging buildings, not very clean, few modern conveniences. This place was a very pleasant surprise! It has very new appliances, a large walk-in shower, a lovely two-person hot tub, a fireplace, HDTV (with an HDMI port if you bring any devices), 200mbps/25mbps (from what I could tell) Internet service (incredible for the location)… There was everything we could……
