“The hotel is conveniently located in the central CBD. Staff is always helpful. However, the hotel rooms can do with updates - I have stayed at the hotel a few times and I find the rooms have electric plugs coming off the walls, bulbs not working, wardrobes are old and now give off that old smell. I lived off my suitcase as I feared the transfer of the wardrobe smell to my clothes.
Shower was draining very slowly until I notified reception, they promptly attended to it. Bedroom walls had smudges……

“The Expedia did let us down this time as nothing about this accommodation was matched with the description on their website from the location; facilities in the room to the continental breakfast.
