"Stayed at Fortune Park this week for my dad’s birthday, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel! The location is perfect, and the overall experience was truly amazing. The ambience and hospitality were top-notch — from the reception to the bar and restaurant, every staff member was courteous and attentive. A special shoutout to Saurav, Vinod, and Rohit for going the extra mile to make our stay special. The food was delicious, the spa experience was relaxing, and the facilities were excellent. "My grandfather used to have a house with Shimla so I am very familiar with the place for the last 50+ years. Willow Banks is absolutely the best value for money you can find in the city. Very clean, very well located right next to the iconic mall road, right next to the tourist lift and very good service and clean and large rooms. Also excellent food options either within the hotel or right next door. Perfect place to stay and enjoy Shimla."

"We had the most comfortable and wonderful stay at the hotel. We were there for His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday celebration. The location was perfect—close to the main temple—with an amazing view from our room. The room was bright and modern, making it easy to relax without feeling pressure to go out. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful in every way. The next time we visit Dharamshala, we are definitely staying here again!"
