“It was a little hard to find,but had a clean room and helpful staff. ”

“This hotel truly surprised us as the actual rooms and property look even more beautiful and luxurious than the photos. Our room had two queen beds and it was huge, with high ceilings. Beautiful carpeting and decorations, in the room as well as the lobby and hallways. Bathroom was spotless. Double curtains, bedding was crispy white and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we got to stay here shortly and in the fall, so we could not enjoy the amazing mosaic pool. The young gentleman at the front……

“Dal secondo giorno non vi era più acqua calda. Alla mia richiesta di ripristino della situazione ingestibile nell'impossibilità di potersi lavare, mi è stato risposto che non si poteva fare nulla. Ho tentato di svaldare dell'acqua nel bollitore ed è saltata la luce. L'operatrice non sapeva dove fosse l'interruttore del salva vita e mi propone un cambio stanza. Infine riuscita a lavare i capelli con acqua scaldata non finzionava l'asciugacapelli. Disastro. ”
