Could have been amazing

Great new hotel with very nice rooms. Unfortunately the staff are all new and don’t know how the place operates. Also the staff seem stressed and almost rude at times. The restaurant is really bad which is a big challenge as it’s literally the only place to eat (during summer at least).

Neues sehr hochwertiges Hotel mit topmoderner Ausstattung. E-Ladestation vorhanden für 2 PKW, manchmal Wartezeit, weil andere Pkw die Ladestation verstellen obwohl sie nicht laden. Internet bei Vollbelegung am Rande seiner Kapazität. Zimmer sehr geräumig und schön, insbesondere die Family Suiten. Ausgezeichnete Wellness. Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Personal bemüht sich und arbeitet am Rande seiner Möglichkeiten. Leider sprechen manche Mitarbeiter kein Deutsch.

Flot hotel, lækkert morgenmad. Venlig personale. Dejlig pool og spa område. Yoga er med i prisen, og meget varieret. Meget dejligt sted at holde sommerferie med to halv store børn.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr modern und auch der spa Bereich klasse. Leider wurde von viele Gästen der textilfreie Bereich nicht beachtet, was bei den Gästen, die sich an die Ordnung gehalten haben, zu Unannehmlichkeiten geführt hat. Hier sollte man strikter sein. Nur so können wir Gäste und auch wohl fühlen im Ü16 Bereich. Das Abendessen im Hütterer war in Ordnung, leider war das Fleisch sehr zäh und das ist leider schade für die Preise. Wir waren sehr glücklich über unseren Aufenthalt bei euch allen in allen und werden sicher auch ein zweites Mal kommen.

Das Hotel überzeugt mit einigen positiven Aspekten, hat jedoch auch deutliche Schwächen. Moderne Unterkunft: Die Zimmer, insbesondere die Familiensuite, sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der beheizte Außenpool mit Panoramablick auf die Berge ist ein Highlight, vor allem bei gutem Wetter und Sonnenschein. Der Barbereich mit Bio- und finnischer Sauna ist eine tolle Ergänzung. Er ist ab 16 Jahren zugänglich und textilfrei, was Ruhe und Entspannung fördert. Negatives: Das umweltfreundliche Konzept des Hotels verzichtet komplett auf eine Zimmerreinigung. Auf Anfrage wurden uns zwar Toilettenpapier und Handtücher gewechselt, aber eine regelmäßige Reinigung wäre wünschenswert gewesen.Der Service an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Getränke wurden teilweise erst nach 45 Minuten Wartezeit gebracht, was besonders ärgerlich ist. Eine Ausnahme bildeten jedoch zwei Mitarbeiterinnen – Karin und eine Dame mit roten Haaren – die hilfsbereit und freundlich waren.Das Hotel bietet Platz für 200 Gäste, hat aber nur ein Restaurant mit einer Kapazität von etwa 100 Plätzen. Alternativen fehlen, da die umliegenden Restaurants und Hütten abends schließen oder nur eingeschränkte Speisen anbieten. Die Takeaway-Karte fehlte in unserem Zimmer, und trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde uns keine Lösung angeboten. Essen und Service: Das Essen im Restaurant war durchschnittlich, und auch hier ließ der Service oft zu wünschen übrig.

Meget flot hotel. Vi boede i en dejlig lejlighed med fuldt udstyret køkken og bjergudsigt. Det er virkelig fedt med gratis liftkort, så vi kunne tage lifterne frem og tilbage mellem by og bjerg. Lækker spa!
