“Firstly, we reserved a room with a sea view but were disappointed to find that our room did not have one. The shower was also problematic, as poor drainage caused water to flood the entire bathroom whenever it was used, creating a significant mess. Additionally, it was quite inconvenient to have to be escorted to the lobby to pay for spa services, rather than being able to settle the bill directly at the spa.
