Off-peak (we stayed late September) benefits like low traffic and plenty of room on the beach outweighed any negatives, like some restaurants and attractions being closed. We lucked out with mostly great weather. Property was clean and comfy and well appointed. "

"Wife and I love LBI and never knew this place existed so we gave it a shot…. Pleasantly surprised how clean and well kept the place was from the lobby to the rooftop deck! Just a great place at the end of the island for a quiet stay! Staff was excellent and the rooms were updated and clean. Rooms w the deck are great and large outside area as well. Would recommend any time of the year! Beach is across the street and they provide chairs/umbrellas/bikes etc"

"Beautiful home in Holgate with great access to the beach (across the street) and bay. Super relaxing stay, with a house that has everything you need for a week at the beach whether you’re with a group of friends or with children. Loved grabbing coffee in nearby Beach Haven and reading books on the top deck with views of the ocean. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts and home to spend a great week on LBI. Would highly recommend! "
