Beautifully remodeled, spacious home, with modern furnishing and well-kept property. The bathroom has a full tub and shower with a blow dryer and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, a new refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee pot, and toaster. This one-bedroom unit has it's own private access, a space of it's own in a huge house. This has a stunning view of the river and is located just over a mile from beautiful Douglas and 2 miles from Saugatuck.

If you're adventurous, you are just under a mile from Mount Baldhead Park where you can challenge yourself to 282 steps to enjoy the gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. If you continue your journey you can relish the fabulous Oval Beach which is in the top 10 beaches in the U.S.. Live it up in downtown Saugatuck with all the great shopping and so many fabulous restaurants to choose from.

My wife and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary on April 2024. The place is beautiful, as is the area. We enjoyed being so close to Lake Michigan, Kalamazoo Lake, and right across the street from the Kalamzoo River. The place is well set up with a full kitchen including stainless steel appliances, and dishwasher + a magic bullet blender and wine and bottle openers, as well as toaster and coffee maker. Nice gas fire place stove easy to use too. Enjoyed how close it was to a handful of nice towns and right across the river from downtown Saugatuck. The place even has a shared laundry room access between the units, you can lock the door to the laundry from inside your unit. We loved walking to Mount Bald Head and Lake Michigan. It was also nice to sit on the front deck and enjoy the view of the Kalamazoo River.

The property was exactly as shown, no surprises. It was pristine and cozy. We were able to cook a few meals and go out as well. We loved our long weekend and are looking forward to going there again. Everything was easy to get to and there was so much to do.

Enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place overlooking the water and close to everything you'd want to do in this area. My mom and I chose this accommodation for a special mother-daughter weekend and our expectations were exceeded. The peaceful setting, gorgeous lake views, and cozy apartment equipped with everything we needed made for a wonderful stay. We were perfectly situated near shops, restaurants, the beach and downtown Saugatuck while also feeling like we were tucked away in our own peaceful sanctuary. Quiet place in the springtime
