Welcome to this charming seaside retreat situated in the center of Surf City on Topsail Island. This property exudes character and offers a range of delightful amenities! Start your visit by parking in the carport and using the wet weather entry. Ascend the stairs to find an inviting open-concept kitchen and living space, characterized by exposed wooden beams, numerous windows, and expansive sliding glass doors that flood the area with natural light. These doors lead out to a secluded oceanfront deck, ideal for sunrise viewings or savoring the soothing sounds of the surf. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, granite countertops, and seating at the counter. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area awaits, perfect for gathering after a day of beach fun. On the main level, you will also find two bedrooms and a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The upstairs houses a third bedroom with its own bathroom, a private deck overlooking Surf City, a walkway that spans above the living room, and an open loft seating area that accesses a second oceanfront deck. This property boasts exclusive beach access, making it easy to reach the shoreline! It is also conveniently located within a mile's stroll along the beach to Surf City pier and local dining options. For added convenience, there is a 240-Volt 50-Amp NEMA 14-50 Electric Vehicle Charging Receptacle with Tesla Charging Cable available for guest use. Centrally located in Surf City, you'll have quick access to the beach, shopping, nightlife, and all the attractions Topsail Island has to offer.

Exceeds expectations

The pictures and descriptions don’t do it justice. The house and outdoor living spaces are amazing. The beach is pristine, largely uninhabited and miles long in both directions.
