🐾 Dog-Friendly
We love dogs! A flat $150 (+tax) fee applies when you bring yours. Surf City is dog-welcoming, with pups allowed on the beach and outdoor patios.

Note that Twin Landings consists of two separate 4-bedroom oceanfront houses, often rented individually; when booked together, the top decks connect for easy access—perfect for large multigenerational families—while each home maintains its own private deck and beach access when rented separately. Both share a common entry stairway from the driveway, with Twin A on the left and Twin B on the right. For larger groups, check out our listing for both houses!
