I had a question and went to front desk and instead of resolving the issue, they were giving me more issues and were really rude, I had to stop them immediately I guess they forget that they are not doing you a favor, you pay to be there! The only 2 people in front desk who are nice are Stefany and victor. Other than that, I stay in this place 3-4 times a year but next time will think about because of the issues with the people in front desk "
