A few steps away from Universal and the train station. Clean, quiet, and rooms are spacious. Staff are friendly, professional and accommodating.

The room layout was excellent and the facility/room are in great condition. We had excellent view of the Kyoto city and Kyoto tower from the room. The staff were very friendly and reminded us that it is going to rain when we are getting out in the afternoon and suggested us to take umbrella (which they provided). We had wonderful time staying at this facility.
