Lovely staff and great amenities!

This was an amazing hotel. The upstairs onsen was a huge bonus and they also have washing machines and dryers which is perfect for those doing a long travel trip. The hotel provided a lot of freebies and comfy Pjs too! The staff were so friendly and also allowed us to leave our luggage the next day whilst we explored the castle.

Right by the Himeji train station which is very convenient. A 20min walk to Himeji Castle. Great amenities. Was unable to use onsen due to tattoos but that is common for the area.

Convenient location and a great bath

I used this hotel for my tour that I organized and lead. The room was small but chairs and the side table helped to keep my stuff. I love hot springs and sauna. My tour members also enjoy bath times very much. It’s convenient location. I want to use it again in the future tours.

히메지역 근처에 있어서 이용하기엔 편리함. 1층에 편의점이 없는게 아쉬웠지만 근처에 있어서 이것도 괜찮음. 조식은 다른 도미인 체인에 비해서 좀 가지수가 적은 느낌이었음. 그래도 온천이 있다는 장점은 최고임.
