“We live in northwest Indiana and a few days before our stay, tornado wind conditions hit our area. The damages were massive and we are still without power. In trying to notify ANYBODY about our predicament and cancel or change our dates all I seemed to get was AI stuff. Every message from them was like they had no idea of our previous communications and said I could not cancel for a refund but could change the date for double the original price. Then the day after I kept getting messages wanting……

“The property was adequate. Our original booking was cancelled by the host due to maintenance issues and this property was offered as a substitute. It was about 1/4 the size of our original booking, and barely adequate for two people. The room was accessed by a long, steep flight of stairs, which was not mentioned in the property description. TV did not work. The location was great, but other than that the accommodations were a disappointment.”
