“We really enjoyed our stay. The lodge was absolutely spotless which was a great asset as we have stayed in things similar before and they have been dusty and unclean. We spoke to the man and the woman and both were lovely. The Little bottle of milk, shampoo, body wash, washing up liquid etc were a wonderful touch. Like other reviews a coffee table would be nice. Only thing I would let others know is the parking is very tight. We nearly came in our VW van and I'm glad we didn't as we wouldn't……

“What an absolute little slice of paradise! G was a fantastic host making sure we got to our field alright and showed us how everything worked before leaving us too it. We had the most relaxing night looking out at hills by the fire and the hot tub and sauna were an absolute luxury. We were even surprised with how warm the tent got, it was super cosy during the overnight rainstorm and I'm already thinking of when we can get back there already! Has everything you'll need and then some just make……

“Loved Torr Top Place! As a solo older lady who wanted to visit Manchester’s Christmas markets, this was a perfect base. The kitchen was well equipped, sitting room cozy, bathroom modern, and everything immaculate. Uber transport was readily available and Sainsbury’s (local grocer) was a short walk away. I highly recommend Torr Top Place!”

“Property said pet friendly but when you got there said no dogs upstairs, not good when you have a dog with separation anxiety. Didn't find out until che k in details came through that there was no parking on the street the house is on. House was dirty. Tried to use hoover, it was totally blocked and not usable, had a broom but no dustpan so couldn't even do any cleaning of floors while there.”

“We have just returned from a couple of nights at Brewers Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it. The cottage is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and bigger than it seems from the photos. Foolow is convenient access to some lovely areas and walks in the Peak District, and just a 10-15 minute walk from the cottage is the local pub that does fabulous food and has very friendly staff. Do take a torch for the walk there and back on darker nights though!! All in all, a fantastic stay and we would……
