Enjoy the pool, fish from the boardwalk, or just relax on your private deck and watch the the sun set over the lake… Unit is top floor (3rd) so no overhead noise and absolute BEST view! 😊

2024 Eclipse Getaway
We had a very nice stay at the condo which overlooked Lake Hamilton. The Host made us feel very welcomed, and even checked on us during our stay. Lovely place and we will definitely return when traveling through Hot Springs again. The Garvan Woodland Gardens are a must see. The Hot Spring National Park driving/hiking tour was also a very nice.

We loved our stay here! Great location, peaceful, beautiful view of the lake. Condo was very nice and clean with complementary bottled water, sodas and even fresh farm eggs! Ken is a great host! Highly recommend.

We are enjoyed our stay here, close to Oaklawn and most all activities in Hot Springs. Cozy and nice place for my wife and I. To early for fishing on this trip, next time we might bring our boat.

I come to Hit springs a couple times a year. This is the first time I’ve stayed in this set of condos. I think it was a great location with a nice view, my issues are there is significant foundation issues for this building, cracks everywhere, can’t lock the two sliding glass doors and was worried for our belongings while out on the town.The doors both have large gaps letting the outside air and insects come into the house. The second thing that bothered us was there was no window/door treatments on the back of the condo…We didn’t feel comfortable with that.

Amazing location and view
I have rented with VRBO about a dozen times and this has been the BEST by far!! The pictures are an exact representation of the property. We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It is the perfect place to find peace and recharge! It is close to everything and a short drive to downtown where the bathouses are. We will definitely come back!!

The Only Downside
I loved the property, the view and the host was awesome. Hubby and I work hard, own a business and work day jobs too, so we dont get much downtime. On vacation we love to binge watch TV and drink!! The wifi was very spotty so we couldnt do what we planned as far as binge watching TV, BUT we did get our drink on on the balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton! And Id go back again!

Awesome location, very cozy
This was the perfect resting spot for us while traveling through the area. The photos honestly didn't do the view justice for us, and we spent hours watching the ducks from the balcony. Waking up early is a must, the sunrise is beautiful and as it's the time of year when the geese get up and going early, we had quite a show right outside. Super cozy couch, beautiful table right by the window, couldn't have asked for more here.

Love the Location!
The property is very easy to find & enter. We had a lot of WiFi issues though, but I don’t think it was owners fault. Also, the owners must live there some, because there were a lot of family pictures displayed. Hot Springs was very crowded & parking was difficult this time. It may be a while before we return to Hot Springs!

Quick getaway
This was a very nice condo with a great view. The host was great and always helpful. There is a hummingbird feeder on the balcony and the hummingbirds really put on a show. So relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely consider staying again.
