This hotel is in really bad shape. Staff was nice. First the parking lot was full, Our check in went good-the staff was all very nice. They only put 2 towels in our double bed room.The toilet did not want to flush. The hotel needs to be updated. It had hot water and a bed so we made it work.

I booked a room with two beds but got a room with one bed and the staff told me customers without reservations walked in earlier the night we stayed there and they took the rooms with two beds and made me wonder the meaning of reserving a room at the hotel. They had varieties of food for breakfast.

I think that it was just getting reopened after being closed for a while. There were some great things and some super sketchy things. The place smelled like weed when you walked in. We paid for a double room got a single then he tried to change it and the key wouldn't rekey so he just opened it for us. But we had no key. The elevator slammed down with us in it. That was horrifying. There were bugs in the bath. There were no bath towels. There was 2 floor mats a hand towel and a wash cloth for 4 people. The bed was comfy the sheets looked clean. The location was good near the airport and the staff was great.

I actually didn’t stay at this hotel, I was sent to the next hotel that was next to the waffle house due to this hotel not being ready to serve it customers due to just opening. However, comfort H staff was very friendly opening and very clear on the understanding! Now the other hotel that I stayed at which was in walking distance they checked me into a room farrrr down a hallway NEXT to an exit door and it smell like dogs! I requested to be moved and they gave me another room which happened to be on the third floor, we supposed to had a continental breakfast however that breakfast was not fair. It was old breakfast, expiration date was 2-20-20!!! You didn’t get no average breakfast that you would get from another hotel! Everything was just pitiful. They served us pancake on a stick by Jimmy Dean as well as sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits by Jimmy Dean too, by the way you had to warm up in the microwave yourself. Now the swimming pool water looked dirty. It gave too much hair products or something in it or haven’t been cleaning in a while, we did see a roach in our room too, which I killed! The sheets on the bed look like they just made the bed ugh! Just remember to please be prepared to walk to Waffle House or Jack-in-the-Box or anywhere you choose for breakfast cause you do not get your moneys worth but the staff was great too bad The hospitality and the food didn’t match that same energy. If you want you $100 deposit back pay with cash, other than that it’s a 5day wait!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. The hotel was just taken over by another management company and it was obvious they were making active improvements by painting, new beds, etc. Beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was ok. Not too many choices as the breakfast area was also going under renovations. Excellent service and price made up for the rest.

Nice place, low price, but only about 12 TV channels out of 44 work. I tried the hair dryer, it would not come on until i pushed the wall outlet back into the wall ! ! ! THIS COULD BE A FIRE HAZARD !

There was bag of trash by elevator. It was still there that morning. Rusty knobs. Key card worked when it wanted to. Bad experience. Want book there again. Bugs crawling in restroom. Didn’t want to lay my things down

The lobby and all the hallways had bad odor. The elevator had blue tape on the floor from a tile replacement and tools and insecticide jug were left right in the elevator opening on the 2nd floor. The room also had the same odor, just fainted. Paint was scuffed and peeling in a lot of places. The desk clerk had such a strong accent, he was hard to understand. Parking was cramped. Overall not a top place.
