“The advertisement says there is a washer and dryer. There is no dryer, only a washer. The air conditioner did not work. The windows were not child safe, and thus we could not open them to cool the place down as the child could fall out of the window. Also, it’s 3 stories which was not noted on the description. Also, I had to figure out how to turn the water heater on as it was turned off when we arrived.”
