The friendliness and consideration of ALL the staff,made our stay special.They suggested the upgrades and food discounts without us prompting and were always attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and well appointed and felt luxurious, if you step out make sure to have mosquito spray! The grounds are better than the photos,the beach was great for me but very quite this end of the island. A short bumpy taxi ride will put you in the town in 10 minutes and costs around $12.00. Overall our stay was great and relaxing.

Very respinsive staff. Maintenance is completed promptly Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue. Didn't appreciate that. We lost two pairs of shoes.

Visited Ventanilla and the crocodile preserve and mangrove preserve. It's beautiful and inexpensive to visit. Take a short boat excursion on the river to view crocodiles, birds and iguanas. Had the best fresh coconut that I have ever tasted on the small island.
