Great value

Pleasant stay, I wouldn’t say the hotel is a ‘5 Star’ but it is nice enough and the staff are very friendly. Hôtel a little dated in parts but excellent value for money.

Fantastic hotel and staff.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights and we absolutely loved it! Everything was perfect. Also, we had a car, so the parking garage was very convenient. The staff was very accommodating and professional, and I have to say specifically, the manager, Hilal, was a highlight. Her warmth and friendliness made a tremendous impact on both of us, and we felt she was largely responsible for making our stay extra special.

Great hotel - lovely stay - unbelievable staff - only two small gripes, no power plugs by the beds which I hate but I appreciate this is very personal also you have to climb into your bath to push the plug down in the bath because of the solid shower screen (unless I was being stupid this seemed liked very poor design)

Good mountain retreat

Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there.

Exceptional hotel

Excellent hotel. Staff couldn't do any more. Would 100% stay again and wished we were staying for more than one night. Only slight criticism was that we couldn't get the air con working, but otherwise an exceptional stay.

Property was okay. Nothing amazing. Loud construction noise and dust on all the surrounding streets. The town was absolutely dead. Only 2 bars open for food and drinks. One of them was a great little popular biker bar (bicyclists). The other one had horrible service. So really just 1 decent eating/drinking option in Alpe d’Huez in June. The nearby hiking trails offered amazing views of the Alps. If you’re not a hiker or a bicyclist, don’t go there in June. There’s nothing else happening.

Séjour de deux jours au tout début de juin Tous les services attendus d’un établissement de ce standing Accueil sympathique, attentionné et bienveillant de tout le personnel et en particulier de la réception conciergerie L’esprit familial de cette belle maison se ressent Magnifique vue sur les sommets enneigés des grandes rousses depuis notre chambre et son balcon Chambre confortable et très bien équipée Nous avons apprécié l’excellente cuisine du restaurant et la générosité des petits déjeuner Nous recommandons également le très beau SPA qui nous a permis un moment de quiétude magique
