“It was the first time a hotel had my room ready and wanted to charge $20man hour for an early check in and was a little disappointed in that. Also was not aware that they only cleaned the room every other day, which is fine if I was made aware of it. Had to call the desk at 12:30 am when to get towels for the next morning, which the girl at the desk was very accommodating.”

Al la Carte prices for breakfast seemed high. Room layout made it impossible to cozy up in bed and watch TV. Meanwhile when I signed on to WiFi it stated no internet available. What??”
