Check in was delayed because the system was down which is not their fault. They finally let us check in and come back and pay the resort fee. Internet access is complicated creating your own password and having to share it. No to go coffee cups at the breakfast. I heard several people ask for this and the response was the paper cups are in your room. Never seen that. Who wants to go back to their room to get a coffee cup? When we were leaving and waiting for an uber one of the hotel workers asked if wanted to take a cab instead for $60. The uber was cheaper.
