Cons is the washer and dryer is not the best. Took forever to dry the clothes...maybe like 1.5 hours to 2 hours to dry a standard load (like it dry and toasty)."

Happy hour and nightcap in lobby with free drinks, snacks, beer, wine, sake, spirits. Breakfast: nicely features local specialties Transportation: free shuttle bus to Nagahama eki/station. Love the thoughtful amenities: family-friendly baby cribs, tray carts for seniors"

"This is an incredible hotel with tons of amenities and extremely helpful staff. We have traveled to many countries and this hotel staff wins the gold medal for hospitality! They helped with every aspect of our travel and stay. We are a party of 6 with 3 river view rooms and they were all comfortable; and the onsen was spotless and enjoyable. You can also get free bikes to ride around the river with brand new paths and meander the city streets. I will certainly come back to Juhachiro again one day because of the sweet and kind staff."
