"The style of the hotel and general ambiance is more of an Arc Deco style from the theme, all in all fairly well presented. The staff was excellent and super helpful, the daily breakfast buffet was a nice assortment of eggs, potatoes, bacon, assorted cheeses, ham, and if you wanted to get cereal it was available. "After check-in. We went out of hotel for dinner and we were told to leave our room key at front desk. When we returned to hotel at 12am the hotel was locked and we could not enter. We buzzed the door and knocked for 15 minutes. We had to drive to different hotel to stay the night. I would like full refund."

"Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "
