"It was a nice hotel for a 1 night stay. We were there to visit Alfred State and wanted to stay someplace that was close to a restaurant and quick shopping. This hotel was perfect for both."

"Warm and cozy, plenty of room to be comfortable with a large dog. Amazing views as always! A home away from home with allThe conveniences. Wanted to hike the trails, but my dog wasn’t a fan of of the deeper snow, despite his long legs. Having stayed here in the summer, I know the woods and trails would have been beautiful. "

"Inn is beautiful and historic. Inn and all rooms were clean, nicely decorated with natural and historic scenes. The bathroom was spacious with soft and plush towels. Dining area lovely with long wooden table. Chef was very nice and her breakfast was excellent and tastefully laid out. Hope to return for a longer stay in the future."

"Remote location, and well off the beaten path! Property is situated in a private location providing lots of room to roam and enjoy all the amenities the property has to offer. Would definitely consider staying here again! "
