"Staying at this gem of a cottage was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Key information was provided in advance and there are plenty of signs and labels within the cottage to make it easy to navigate. The property is great - a large deck, relaxing hot tub and spacious dock for those that want to relax. If you are looking for something more active, the river is perfect for SUP and kayaking. Highly recommend staying here, the hosts' thoughtfulness will ensure your stay is amazing."
"My family had a great time at this location! The host was very responsive and helpful and even let us check in early. A couple things to be aware of: there is a dam right by the cottage so there’s a mild current and waterfall sounds which we personally didnt mind. Secondly, swimming right off the dock isn’t fantastic since it’s somewhat shallow and there are lures in the rocks. That being said, there is a public swimming dock a 2 min walk down the way that was very nice and the dock at the cottage was perfectly fine for docking our 20 ft boat, the dam doesn’t cause a wake. The town was very quiet and felt very secure. The cottage itself met all our needs. There is a local Foodland and Home Hardware within a 5 minute drive from the cottage. Overall, we had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay!"
"This is a very relaxing site on Lake Sturgeon. The large main room has a great view of the lake, which is just a few steps away. The house is stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, plus many games and movies if you're stuck inside. The host, Stephen, is a warm and friendly man who will make things right if you should have any problems. "
