"오랫동안 비워져 있었던 듯, 문을 열자마자 곰팡이 냄새가 진동을 했어요. 시골 마을, 외진 곳에 위치해 있지만 바깥 풍경이 아름다운 곳은 아닙니다. 진출입이 불편하고 눈이 오는 날씨라면 무척 곤란하실 수 있어요. 난방은 비교적 잘 되었지만, 침구에도 곰팡이 냄새가 배어있어 쾌적하지 못했고, 수건은 어두운 색상의 낡은 것들이어서 사용하는 내내 마음에 걸렸어요. 냉장고는 비어있었지만 문을 열자 음식냄새가 났고 물이나 기본적인 믹스커피조차도 구비되어 있는 것이 전혀 없었어요. 머무는 동안 가족들에게 내내 미안한 마음이 들었고, 비용을 받고 집을 빌려주는 거라면 보다 잘 준비된 상태에서 손님을 받아야한다고 생각했어요. 호텔스닷컴을 통해 예약한 숙소 중 가장 낮은 점수를 드립니다. "Loved this hotel that has spa like aesthetics and staff were all very helpful. We like the location close to beach and has nice views either lakeside or beach views with the mountains too… it has a beach town vibe. The only downside hotel doesn’t have any laundry facilities or laundry service if needed… overall experience was excellent because of the staff"

"Parking is plentiful and included with stay / rate. Lobby smells clean and staff is helpful. Common areas smell clean and maintained. Amenities include a restaurant, a CU convenience store, fitness center, yoga class in morning, and pool with poolside bar. Pool has potential- but oddly is not utilized the way an international chain normally does. Paid admission to pool - 38K₩/Person. Reentry allowed with wristband. Pay for towel each entry. Pool has 7 or 8 pool areas, some for kids, some for poolside bar, and a main infinity pool with unprecedented views. However, water a bit dirty, pools not filled to capacity, and overcrowding for pool sizes without control regardless of paying an admission. Needs replanning. Infinity pool and look not provided for the picturesque scenery. Pool tile for about 1ft above water. Fitness center is good - closer for Tower B. CU is great location. Remaining retail spots are vacant which make it seem business not so good. Yoga is paid entry and nice option. Location does not match advertised location. Room is clean and spacious. Downside is no housekeeping service for less than 3 nights. Room levels and room smells like wet dog. Different odor than entrance of hotel, etc. Location is great. Nice view, many restaurants nearby, and small town feel."
