The property was amazing. The staff, with the exception of one person on the front desk, was extremely helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints there.
The was on young lady that was on duty during our check in that was very rude. For instance, when we asked for the easiest way to walk along the river, she thrust a map at my wife and said “Here”. No other response. My sister in law got a similar response later when she went to ask a question.
Other than one rude employee, we had a great stay and would recommend this location for anyone staying in Fairbanks.
