Dormitorio principal: capacidad para 2 con cama de matrimonio. Dormitorio 2: 2 personas con cama de matrimonio Dormitorio 3: capacidad para 4 personas con 2 juegos de literas (camas individuales) (Sábanas y toallas no incluidas) El condominio tiene aire acondicionado de temporada: cada una de las 3 habitaciones cuenta con una unidad de aire acondicionado portátil de 10,000 BTU que se ventila hacia el exterior. Cada unidad puede cubrir 400 pies cuadrados del área. El modelo de aire acondicionado portátil es Honeywell MN10CES. This condo was a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation or a busy one--your choice. Once you arrive though, you may never want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck. Thankfully, those concerns were completely unfounded. The place was incredible—immaculately clean and wonderfully comfortable. One feature I really appreciated was not needing a physical key; I can't tell you how many keys I’ve lost over the years. The entry process was seamless. I also loved that each bedroom had phone chargers; it's such a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and all the appliances were in excellent condition. Having both a coffee pot and a Keurig was a great bonus, and the washer and dryer made me wish I had new ones at home! The location was ideal, just a short distance from all the local attractions. Plus, the TVs were all smart TVs—just a reminder to log out before you leave! The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bunk beds were quite sturdy. Just a heads up: you will need to bring your own bedding and towels, but that wasn’t an issue for me. Parking is conveniently located right across from the condo entrance. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the view from the back deck is absolutely stunning. I would definitely stay here again! I didn’t need to reach out to the owner during my stay, but I’m sure he would have responded promptly if I had any questions. Thanks for the great stay. The condo was perfect and exactly as described, clean and well maintained. The views were stunning of Cathedral Ledge and White Horse Ledge right from the balcony. The entire process from check in to check out was almost too easy! Owner was very informative about the area and very prompt with answers to our many questions. Neat and clean with a well stocked kitchen. The view from the deck is beautiful. Our only issue is that we did not know that linens were not included so we had to make a quick trip to Wal-Mart. Communications with the owners was a breeze. The location was great. It was close enough to everything to be convenient, but elevated just enough to feel away from it all. The pool was excellent. We were in it everyday. The highlight was the mountain view. We could have spent even more time just sitting there overlooking the mountains while having coffee in the morning or while gazing at the stars at night. We highly recommend this property.
