### The Sails 8 - Linen Included

This two storey unit features the main living areas upstairs, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs, offering a practical and comfortable layout. Both bedrooms are appointed with queen sized beds, with linen and towels included, and each provides access to a private, covered outdoor sitting area. The main bathroom, accessible from both the master bedroom and the hallway, features a spa bath with shower, vanity and toilet, while a separate toilet is conveniently located next to the laundry, which comes equipped with a washer and dryer.  
  
Upstairs, the light filled open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area creates a welcoming space for relaxation and entertaining. The kitchen has ample cupboard space, an electric oven, gas cooktop and microwave, while a six-seater dining table provides room for everyone to gather. The lounge area is complete with multiple couches, a flat screen TV and a comfortable chair for unwinding after a day at the beach. The north facing decks allow for sunny winter mornings, while the property’s proximity to the beach brings refreshing sea breezes in summer. Both front and rear balconies feature outdoor seating, with the rear deck also equipped with a Weber BBQ. Guests can also enjoy a second communal BBQ within The Sails complex. With its blend of comfort, style and a central location, The Sails 8 offers a memorable coastal retreat in the heart of Inverloch.  
Car parking is in the driveway. Cars cannot access the lockable garage.

Nice and close, loved the walking distance to everything in town and to the beach. Lovely and clean and tidy we had everything that was needed. Our only beef was trying to get the old TV to work?? How many remotes do you need for one TV?!
