My apologies for the lengthy post. I must start off by saying, we are VERY easy to please & had a six-night stay.
Let's start with the positives:
Breakfast: pretty good! Much better than we expected 👏 👏👏
Staff: VERY nice and so helpful!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Now the not so positives:
*We had 2 furbabies with us. Their policy indicated there would be a $75 fee for the length of the stay...they double charged us. When called to their attention, they found the problem and stated they took the charges off. I have yet to see that credit come thru
*The pool was so cold, my grand babies could only stay in for a short while. We had planned for the pool to be something they could have fun with 🙁.
*The hot tub/spa was out of order
*The ice machine on the first floor remained out of order for the entire length of our stay
*The room smelled bad, carpet was damp and filthy. The A/C was just ok
*Never made the beds or changed the sheets
*Trash was taken out 1 time. We set our cans out for them to be emptied a 2nd time. (Maybe because we had pets in the room 🤷🏼♀️)
*Clean towels were provided...when we ASKED for them
*Power outage 6th morning. Knocked out power to our bathroom & A/C. No fault of the hotel BUT our A/C was HOT...had to be reset
*The grounds...PITIFUL!!! Appeared to be mowed but was in desperate need of flower beds being taken care of. Had ZERO curb appeal. Looked "dumpy" at best
*WAYYYY overpriced for what we received
*WILL NOT stay here again, nor do we recommend you staying
