"The room had not been cleaned except the trash had been taken out. We had to request clean sheets, an ice bucket, and a coffee maker (this we never received.) The room smelled, the floors were sticky, there was a used razor in the bathtub/shower. We had to put our own toliet paper on the empty roll. We would have left but there were no available rooms in the area due to a local tournament. We went to breakfast at 8am and there were two mini bagels, four pieces of bread, one chocolate muffin, water, and coffee that was not good. "

"The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. "
