The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by the natural beauty of Barú. It was the perfect place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere. "There is a refrigerator in the room, but you will need to purchase items to have inside. You can walk on path through the woods to small stores for drinks and snacks. Boat arrives before checkin time, and after checkout time. Be prepared for that. Breakfast starts at 7:00. Staff is very friendly and helpful."

"Lovely stay at the hotel, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were a good size and had been fitted with AC which was very necessary. You could book out the paddle boards, kayaks and bikes for an hour for free. The hotel does get a bit busy during the day as people come for day trips but they leave at 2:30 and then it gets pretty quiet again. I think the pool and beach area could be a little better taken care of but overall it was a great stay."
