9.6/10 Exceptional! (147 reviews)
Overall, the stay was great and memorable. The heated tiles in the bathroom were a warm surprise and a welcome amenity.
We were travelling for our anniversary and had specifically asked for a room with a balcony. Though confirmed over messages, we were given a room without a balcony and were informed that there was no other availability.
However, the manager and the team acknowledged and tried to repair the situation via other sweet gestures and we liked that they offered great customer service. We would love to visit again.
