The well-stocked, gourmet kitchen is perfect for putting together a meal of fresh seafood that you may purchase from the local docks near this ideal vacation destination. The dining room table will be able to welcome your entire family, with seating for six. Other features offered at Shipwatch include a beach gazebo with an observation deck, complimentary Wi-Fi service, manicured lawns, and one of only two playgrounds within Wild Dunes. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- A sleeper sofa is available in the living room as an additional sleeping option.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool pass for Shipwatch pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Golf carts are not allowed at this complex.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Shipwatch pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
