Estive por 2 diárias, a 1ª noite super tranquila, apartamento super limpo, com a vista mais Maravilhosa de SP, mas a 2ª noite tive problemas com uma obra na qual não fui informada. Iniciou após as 18h varou a noite com muitos barulhos. Infelizmente não descansei direito durante a noite!"

"I was practically ignored throughout my 8 days stay. The nights were hot and horrible. Even though I complained about the air conditioning not working and was told someone would come fix it, no one ever showed up and no communication was had after that. Horrible service I tell you. I went there to rest but left more exhausted than when I went. "

"So I stayed at the property for 3 days. I must say that the staff work very hard to maintain this facility. The breakfast is fantastic, as they have all sorts of things to chose from and being a vegetarian I was able to enjoy the eggs and fruits/granola options, but they also have meats, juices, and yes coffee. One thing you need to realize is that Sao Paulo, LIKE ALL OFF IT ( downtown core)has tremendously large homelessness and street drug problem. As a forigner, you need to learn to adapt...

"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. Otherwise the hotel was modern, rooms were clean with a minor ant issue in the bathroom, and next door to the luz station which made traveling the city and airport easy. "
