“The gym at the fifth floor didn't have a treadmill...that was quite surprising. We arrived late at night and the 2 gentlemen at the reception clearly struggled to process our arrival. My colleague was given a room that was already occupied!!! She had to run back to the reception to give her another room. I can say that I wasn't entirely satisfied with my stay”

“Stayed for 3 nights - room was not serviced/cleaned once, requested clean towels and toilet paper which was not provided. - Fantastic location and the staff were generally friendly when approached although requests for fresh towels were not met. - Upon arrival rooms were clean and tidy and although not the biggest were ideal for what we required.”
