We just stayed overnight this time and left before breakfast for an early appointment in the city centre. As usual, we were welcomed like old friends and we were pleased with our room on a high floor overlooking the Bay of Izmir. As usual, the bed and room were very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Underground parking is easy and safe. This welcoming hotel seems to be our home from home when visiting the city.

Be selective about the room

Entering the hotel lobby was difficult, there should be more clear signs in car park. It was only one night stay for us but they gave a room that almost doesn't have a window (small windows looking at nowhere). I am a bit frustrated about this.

Choose a different hotel.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Turkey, and every one of them has had excellent customer service. This one was so comically bad, I had to laugh now and then, even though the attitude of the scornful older man who works at the reception desk infuriated me. I thought horrible customer service was a USA thing. And I still do. Maybe Ramada’s roots have crept up through cracks in the earth stretching from my home town to Balçova. They lied to me about the pool hours and requirements. Their ad is misleading. The light in the hall didn’t work. The computer equipment didn’t appear to be working in the office.

I do travel a lot but this was my Worse hotel ever, i have asked for double bed what they did was move two single bed together to make double bed i couldnt sleep because of the cape between two beds Next morning i asked reception to make it two single at least i could sleep in one bed they were like oh we sorry to hear that we will fix it today bla bla bla i came back to hotel 4 am in the morning forget about fixing the bed they didnt come in the room for cleaning or making your bed basically i didnt have room service lol waste of money Hotel star is 4 star service is 2 star

Kötü Bir Gün

Öncelikle odama çıkmak için asansörü 15 dakika bekledim gelen asansörde çalışanlar yük taşıyordu binemedim üzerine bir 5 dakika daha beklemek zorunda kaldım. Kiraladığım oda görseldeki gibi değildi küçük ve tek kişilik kanepe vardı. Oysa görselde oda geniş ve çift kişilik kanepe mevcuttu. Hadi bunları geçtim kahve hazırlamak istedim kendime ancak kullanılmış yırtık kahve paketi ve mini dolaptan kullanılmış plastik kaşık çıkmasıyla odanın temiz olmadığını anladım ve resmen midem bulandı. Perdeler arızalı yarısına kadar yerinden çıkmış. Kısacası 10 üzerinden 1 puan oda klima çalışıyor diye.

Otel eski, temizlik sıkıntı, asansör sıkıntı.

Bize giriş katta spor salonu odası verdiler, başka oda yok dediler bizden sonra gelen arkadaşlarımıza 9. kat verdiler. Su neredeyse akmıyor otelde, duşlar eski. El yıkamak bile işkence. Temizlik olarak çarşafta bize ait olmayan saç vardı, daha sonra değişim talep ettik değiştikten sonra görselini paylaşacağım şekilde yine saç yığını çıktı. Çarşaflar dışarda yıkanıyormuş, acilen değiştirmeleri gerek. Kahvaltıda boyoz ve simitler lezzetsizdi. Son olarak, 20 katlı otelde sadece 2 tane asansör var. Yaklaşık 5 dakika bekliyorsunuz. Çok can sıkıcı bir durum.

Otele girişte recepsiyon yardımcı olmuyor alakasız bir şekilde oda kartını verip yukarıda odanız diyor oda içindeki konfora gelince yatak başlarındaki priz 1 tane başka priz koymamışlar o prizde uzak telefonunuza bakmak için yataktan kalkmanız gerekiyor oda içindeki koltuklar o kadar çok deforme olmuş ki artık kırmızı renk sarıya dönmüş
