Beautiful stay on Black Mountain

My family was thrilled to return to this beautiful home! The views are amazing, the house is very nicely appointed and cozy, and Jackson is a fantastic home base for the area. Our favorite house in the area!

Another wonderful winter getaway

This was our fourth stay and it was as wonderful as ever. Chris and Mike go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect before, during and after the stay. The snow on the mountain and the views off the balcony made us feel like we were living in a winter wonderland. It is truly a special place!

Thanksgiving 2024

This is by far our favorite house to stay in. Chris and Mike are wonderful hosts, easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. The house is lovely, the views are stunning and the hot tub is such a bonus. It is a perfect spot.

The perfect place to enjoy peak foliage

We had another wonderful weekend at The Chalet! Always my favorite place this time of year. We took in the views from up high on the hill, while sipping a drink in front of the fireplace. The town of Jackson never disappoints for food and adventure. We are always so thankful for this peaceful place. Thank you, Chris and Mike!!

Another wonderful stay at the chalet!

Our third stay did not disappoint! We enjoyed the cozy fire with family and loved watching the leaves fall outside the beautiful, huge front windows. We love Jackson and staying at this lovely home, especially this time of year! Will definitely be back.

Wonderful Getaway

This mountain chalet exceeded all expectations. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed not only the many amenities at the property but also the spectacular views and proximity to wonderful trails for hiking. Chris is a great owner to work with, responding quickly to any questions and making vacation planning easy. We can't wait to return!

Best of the Best

We’ve been coming to Jackson for many years renting various houses with family etc and really enjoyed our stay at this house. The views are fantastic, home is very comfortable, organized and modern and hosts excellent. Hottub nice bonus at end of the day and works great. Hope to rent again.

Perfect Place

The house is very nice, well maintained, and the perfect size for our family of 5. We had a very good and relaxing time. We loved it so much that we wanted to come back next winter but it is already booked!

Spectacular place to get away from it all!

House was beautiful with an amazing view. We had everything we needed and the house was spotless and secluded but still close to everything. Hot tub was a definite added bonus. Our dog also thoroughly enjoyed watching the horses from the elevated deck.

Black Mountain Winter Getaway

The property was perfect for our family of four plus a dog. Chris and Mike were great to work with leading up to the stay and had literally everything we needed ready for us when we arrived. The house looks right out onto the Black Mountain JBar and while the lift wasn't running during our stay, it was super easy to get down to the mountain each morning. Would absolutely stay there again!

Breathtaking Mountain View

The house was clean and as described. There is a balcony with an amazing Mountain View. There is a horse trail with riders just beyond the property line. Also comes complete with visiting wild turkeys and a wide assortment of chipmunks who kept our dog entertained !!! Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Time

The property is as advertised, fantastic views great location. Outdoor fire pit and hot tub were bonuses! Two of the bedrooms are tight, however not a big deal for us. We will hopefully be renting this property again..

Beautiful views and clean!

This property is exactly as described. The hosts werebso helpful and take care to make sure all the details are taken care of and that you are comfortable. We enjoyed so much nice family time. The views were spectacular. The location is close to everything but remote to enjoy the quiet. We hope to be back in the winter!

Best Christmas

What a wonderful holiday spent at this lovely home. We didn't have the best weather, but that didn't matter. Everything was clean, the view was beautiful, the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need - including towels! The owner was super responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very peaceful. My family of four and our dog loved it. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful home and location

The house is exactly as described- well equipped, modern and an incredible location. The views from the decks and firepit are fantastic. The perfect location to enjoy everything the White Mountains has to offer. The hosts were excellent to communicate with- very responsive. One plus was enjoying the horses at Black Mountain grazing on the property immediately in front of the house. I look forward to renting again in the future. Welcome Home

We loved our stay in this beautifully situated Chalet. One of my favorite aspects was that our dog, Lola was not just allowed but welcomed. There were details for her and she spent her mornings on the deck overseeing the chipmunk activity on the rocks below. We will return.
