“The atmosphere is amazing. There is only AC in 1 room in the entire home. All bedrooms are on one floor and you must walk through one to get to the others. As well the bathroom in the downstairs has carpet ( know personal preference but YUCK) Could definitely use some updating. ”

“This is a great little house in a quiet neighborhood. You are close to many dining options and the WVU. The property owners are very thoughtful and ensured there were plenty of outlets and night lights. ”
